Only the book order form and fine art print order forms have been optimized for printed output; no other pages on this website have been optimized for print output. Mozilla for both PC and Mac platforms has known printing issues which have not been resolved in the latest versions (Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 for PC; Mozilla 1.7.12 for Mac). The forms on this website have been optimized to print from the latest versions of Mozilla (Windows 2000 and XP for PC and Mac OSX); however, local conditions for some users may mitigate our best optimization efforts. Using another browser is recommended.

 

A known bug for which browser scrollbars will not display on web pages with long content appears to have been fixed in Safari 2.0.3. Please download the most recent Safari browser, if you experience problems with browser scrollbars not appearing where they should.
